TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of changing-room ancillary and sanitary facilities forming part of the sports complex of the Primary School in the town of Sztynwag1. The contract includes: a) carrying out construction works based on the prepared technical documentation, b) conducting testing and checks of the installations and carrying out post-completion measurements, c) preparing as-built documentation, d) participation in acceptance activities. 2. Scope of construction works: a) securing the area where the construction works and the construction site facilities are carried out, b) removing loose plaster, c) filling defects in plaster and smoothing compound, d) restoring painting coatings, e) replacing ceiling panels, f) cleaning floors, g) installing a new floor covering with PVC flooring, h) making new wall claddings (lamperias, mosaic plaster), i) making and installing a glass-fronted partition (showcase window), j) replacing worn-out installation equipment/devices, k) replacing lighting luminaires, l) purchasing a stairlift for persons with disabilities, m) equipping the changing rooms with benches and coat racks, n) tidying up the construction works area.
