“Modernisation (reconstruction) of the municipal road No 103208 L in the town of Wielkie from km 0+021 to km 0+736 providing access to agricultural land” 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled “Modernisation (reconstruction) of the municipal road No 103208 L in the town of Wielkie from km 0+021 to km 0+736 providing access to agricultural land”. 2. The contract is carried out under the Reserve of the Ministry of Infrastructure for supplementing the income of units of local government, with the purpose of co-financing municipal tasks. 3. The scope of works includes, among others: 1) Preparatory works: — surveying works for linear earthworks - laying out roads in flat terrain together with the performance of geodetic post-construction inventory; — removal of the top fertile soil layer of up to 15 cm thickness using bulldozers with spoil transfer to the shoulders and removal/haulage of surplus soil. 2) Surface works: — mechanical cleaning of bituminous road surfaces; — spraying with asphalt emulsion in an amount of 0.5 kg/m2 of the existing asphalt surface; — wearing course surfaces made of asphalt mineral-bituminous mixtures AC 11S KR 1-2…
