MODERNIZATION (renovation) OF THE CONCERT HALL AND DRINKING ROOM IN THE "MARCONI" SANATORIUM 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of works within the task entitled "MODERNIZATION (renovation) OF THE CONCERT HALL AND DRINKING ROOM IN THE "MARCONI" SANATORIUM" (the "Task"). 1.2 The Task includes: Renovation of the northern elevations of the main building and the side wings of the "Marconi" Sanatorium (listed in the register of immovable monuments of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship under no. A 20/1-2 dated 22.04.2008) along with renovation of the Concert Hall and Drinking Room in terms of the interior, roof truss, and ceilings, together with renovation, reconstruction and construction of internal installations. The implementation of this project is planned in two stages, of which the first stage (STAGE I) covers all renovation, construction, and installation works, whereas the second stage (STAGE II) includes all conservation works that will be carried out under a separate procurement procedure.
