TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the modernization, development, and maintenance of the 35mm.online platform along with the implementation of the Film AI Chatbot functionality (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or the "System"). 2. The Platform must constitute a coherent IT environment supporting the presentation, searching, sharing, playback, and management of the Contracting Authority's audiovisual and audio resources, including VOD/OTT content, audio materials within the Fonoteka, materials intended for professional users within the PRO Catalogue, and future distribution channels, particularly FAST channels, within the scope defined in the Terms of Reference (hereinafter "TOR"). 3.
