Modernisation of the meeting room in the OSP building in Trojanowo 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment project entitled “Modernisation of the meeting room in the OSP building in Trojanowo”, consisting in carrying out a set of construction and installation works including the modernisation and adaptation of a usable room, including the execution of a new floor, a stage, wall and ceiling cladding, finishing works, insulation, and modernisation of the electrical installation.2. The scope of works includes in particular:1) dismantling works: - removal of the existing wooden floor (boards + joists) and dismantling of the stage structure. - dismantling of the existing wooden ceiling, window sills, and part of the old electrical equipment. - carrying out the removal and disposal of demolition materials.2) structural and floor works: - filling and compacting the substrate with sand, execution of a concrete screed (blinding concrete B15). - bricklaying of wall fragments made of concrete blocks in the area of the rebuilt stage, with completion of the substrate. - insulating the substrate with polystyrene foam, thickness 10 cm, and machine-made concrete…
