The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: Up to 28 months from the date of contract conclusion.
• End Date: The date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the Subject of the Agreement, without reservations.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Within 30 days from the date of contract conclusion, the Contractor must submit a detailed financial and material schedule (Harmonogram) for approval.
• The Contracting Authority will approve or comment on the schedule within 5 working days of its submission.
• The schedule must allow for work stoppages initiated by the Contracting Authority, not exceeding 4 instances, each no longer than one 8-hour shift, which will not alter the contract completion date.
• Partial invoices will be issued until 90% of the Contractor's remuneration value is achieved.
• For the annual work and shutdown plan, especially for 110 kV equipment shutdowns longer than 3 days, demand must be reported no later than August 1st of the preceding year.

• Design and Execution: The project requires the contractor to design and execute all necessary construction works, including the realization of the construction object.
• Comprehensive Project Activities: This encompasses all design, temporary, and organizational works, as well as the supply of materials, services, and construction, installation, and assembly works. It also covers all activities required for defect removal under warranty and guarantee, and any other tasks necessary for the proper and safe completion and operation of the project, even if not explicitly detailed but implicitly required.
• Documentation and Permits: The contractor is responsible for providing complete design documentation (building and executive designs) and obtaining all necessary approvals, decisions, agreements, and permits on behalf of the client for the project's implementation.
• Key Construction and Installation Works:
• Building essential temporary operational systems for the Łososina SE to ensure continuous operation during new facility construction.
• Construction of the station building.
• Building two high-voltage/medium-voltage (HV/MV) transformer stations with transformers and cable bridges.
• Constructing two high line gates and the station fence.
• Building a 110kV HV overhead switchgear.
• Installation of external cable ducts, earthing, and lightning protection.
• Erection of external lighting for the station area.
• Construction and reconstruction of 15kV MV, 0.4kV LV cable lines, and control cables.
• Development of the technical security system (SZT), cable ducts, telecommunication, and fiber optic cables.
• Construction of water supply, sanitary sewage, external rainwater drainage, and a sealed rainwater retention tank.
• Creation of internal transport roads and communication routes.
• Installation of internal electrical, telecommunication, water and sewage, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ground leveling, decommissioning of existing ground infrastructure, and construction of secondary circuit systems, energy measurement, and general station systems.
• Construction of the SSIN system.
• Demolition works.
• Operational Continuity: All works must guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the station. The project documentation must detail the sequence and method of necessary network shutdowns, proposed transitional arrangements, and OHS requirements to maintain continuous station operation.
• Timeline: The project is to be completed within 28 months from the contract date.
• Warranty: A minimum warranty and guarantee period of 60 months from the date of the final acceptance protocol without reservations is required.
