TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Siemiatycze electrical power substation within the operating area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch Białystok, in accordance with the project documentation held; 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract includes Annex No 1 to the SWZ and Annex No 1.1 to the STWiORB; 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing during the performance of the Contract the activities specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The method of verifying the employment of those persons and the Contracting Authority’s authorisations with regard to monitoring the Contractor’s compliance with requirements related to employing those persons, as well as penalties in the event of failure to meet those requirements, are included in the draft provisions of the Contract, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ; 4.
