TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Zambrów electrical power substation within the area of operation of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Białystok, in accordance with the project documentation held; 2.The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and Annex No 1.1. to the STWiORB; 3.The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing during the performance of the Contract activities specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The method of verifying the employment of those persons and the Contracting Authority’s entitlements to monitor the Contractor’s compliance with requirements related to the employment of those persons, as well as penalties for failure to meet those requirements, are contained in the proposed provisions of the Contract, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ; 4.The subject of the contract – the Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Zambrów electrical power substation within the area of operation of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.
