TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the Modernisation of the 110/15 kV power substation Zambrów within the operating area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Białystok, in accordance with the project documentation held; 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract includes Annex No 1 to the SWZ and Annex No 1.1. to the STWiORB; 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing the activities specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ during the performance of the Contract. The method for verifying the employment of these persons and the Contracting Authority’s rights to monitor the Contractor’s compliance with requirements related to employing these persons, as well as penalties for failure to meet these requirements, are set out in the draft Contract provisions constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ; 4.
