TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of a medical compressed air station. A medical compressed air station with three oil-free helical compressors meeting the standard PN-EN ISO 7396-1:2016-07 and being a medical device. Ensuring the obtainment of medical air of cleanliness class 0. The offered medical device has a declaration of conformity (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), in particular the CE marking appropriate for the given product class. Station output minimum 126 m3/h at a pressure of 10 Bar. Medical compressed air station supplied with voltage 400V/50Hz. A medical compressed air station with a compact design consisting of three compressors mounted on a rack dedicated for this purpose, with pressure channels routed inside the rack profiles. Each shelf is equipped with a safety device against excessive extension. Each of the compressors is equipped with an individual cooling system for the compression head, consisting of a radiator with a fan placed perpendicular to the compressor rotor axis; the fan is switched on automatically.
