TENDER DESCRIPTION
Modernisation of the rural community centre in Chyżyny, Latowicz commune 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment task entitled: "Modernisation of the rural community centre in Chyżyny, Latowicz commune". The scope of works to be carried out includes construction and installation works on the basis of the attached bill of quantities and the description of the works. The tender does not cover the scope of the bill of quantities in items 6, 7, 8, 11, 21, 29, and from item 43 to item 57. The Contractor, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, will carry out the task in accordance with applicable provisions of construction law. The Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to take into account the requirement for accessibility for persons with disabilities on the facility after it has been completed, for use by all users, in accordance with Article 100(1) of the Act
