TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the irrigation system for the forest nursery in Górzyska The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the modernisation of the irrigation system for the forest nursery in Górzyska. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the design documentation constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which consists of: 1) the Technical Design — constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ; 2) the Execution Design — constituting Annex No. 1B to the SWZ; 3) the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works — constituting Annex No. 1C to the SWZ; 4) the Bill of Quantities of Works — constituting Annex No. 1D to the SWZ; 5) the drawing part of the design documentation — constituting Annex No. 1E to the SWZ. The bill of quantities of works attached to the SWZ does not determine the scope of the contract. The Contractor, at its own discretion, should verify and establish whether it is necessary to carry out other construction works than those specified in the bill of quantities of works and whether the quantities provided are correct.
