TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. Part No I: 1) I. subject of receipt: Delivery, configuration, implementation and commissioning of the VMS system, 2) II. subject of receipt: Warranty inspections (2 inspections per year carried out for 5 years from the date of acceptance of I subject of receipt); 2. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for performance have been specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix No 1.1. The remaining conditions for performance have been specified in the Draft provisions of the contract for a public contract, constituting Appendix No 7 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that, for Part No I of the contract, together with the tender, the above-mentioned evidence item referred to in Article 105 of the Public Procurement Law be submitted. When submitting a tender for Part I, each Contractor must attach the evidence item in order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
