TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the heating system at the premises of Citizen Service Points No 1 and 2 1. Subject of the contract is the Modernisation of the heating system at the premises of Citizen Service Points No 1 and 2 in Bytom. 2. The scope of construction and installation works is varied and includes general construction repair and installation works. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the conditions for performance and acceptance of the works are set out in Appendix No 1.2 to the SWZ – Technical Specification for Performance and Acceptance of Works. 4. The Contracting Authority attaches bill(s) of quantities (Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ) as non-binding material. The attached bills of quantities are of indicative nature and should be treated as supporting material for quick and general identification of the scope and size of the undertaking. The quantity and description of the individual items in the bills of quantities shall not be treated as final and defining. 5. The conditions for performance of the contract are included in the Contractual Provisions designed as Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 6.
