TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the area in front of residential building No. 12 on Szczecińska Street in Człuchów, including paving of the area (replacement of the pavement surfaces) The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the project entitled: Modernisation of the area in front of residential building No. 12 on Szczecińska Street in Człuchów, including paving of the area (replacement of the pavement surfaces). The project includes replacement of the paving of the square and the sidewalk on plot No. 3131, precinct 64 in Człuchów at Szczecińska Street. For this purpose, first the bituminous surface and the crushed-stone base will be demolished. Next, the ground will be levelled and compacted, and then a new surface made of concrete paving blocks will be laid. The square surface must be made of grey concrete paving blocks, and the sidewalk surface of red concrete paving blocks (right in front of the entrances to the stairwells, graphite-coloured paving blocks must be used).
