TENDER DESCRIPTION

2.1 Part 1 – Modernisation of ul. Feliksa Stamma in Białogard. Road works will be carried out on Stamma Street in Białogard. The street has a degraded asphalt pavement. The scope of works includes milling of the existing asphalt, cleaning of the substrate and laying a new wearing and binder course. Adjustment of street inlets (storm drains). Both the profile line (grade) and the cross falls will reflect the existing condition. The subject of the contract is construction works which include: - preparatory works - demolition works - earthworks - subgrades - surfacing - finishing works The detailed scope of works is set out in the bill of quantities, which constitutes an annex to the SWZ. The works must be carried out in accordance with the developed technical design. 2.1.1 The Contracting Authority will pay the Contractor remuneration only for the works actually commissioned and performed. 2.1.2 The Contractor is required to take out civil liability insurance in respect of its activities related to the subject of the contract, for losses that may occur in connection with fortuitous events, and for civil liability for the entire term of the contract for an amount equal to or higher…
