TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this procedure is: Modernisation of the exhaust and supply ventilation of the MARIA Reactor. 2. The performance of the Contract Subject is divided into the following Stages: 1) Stage I: a) Carrying out a site inspection of the facility and preparing an inventory of the existing exhaust and supply ventilation system within the scope covered by the modernisation. b) Developing the Detailed Technical Execution Design for the installation of new equipment, taking into account integration with the existing systems in the facility, meeting the requirements of these OPZ, for acceptance by the team of the Department of Operation of Nuclear Facilities (hereinafter: DEJ). c) Developing a schedule taking into account: delivery of equipment, installation, integration, and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests). 2) Stage II: a) Supporting the Contracting Authority in obtaining approval from the President of the State Nuclear Energy Agency (hereinafter: the President of PAA), to carry out the modernisation in accordance with the Detailed Technical Execution Design. 3) Stage III (performance deadline of up to 8 weeks during a dedicated overhaul interruption in 2027) in accordance with…
