The subject matter of the contract in this procurement procedure is the design and execution of construction works consisting in the design and modernisation of the entrance to the Electrical Engineering Faculty of ZUT at 10 26 Kwietnia Street in Szczecin, under the “design and build” mode. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the location and the scope of the design and construction works envisaged to be carried out, referred to in point 1 above, which are the subject matter of this procurement procedure, is specified in the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU) – Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
