TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of sanitary/changing facilities by the sports field of School Complex No. 2 in Stargard 1. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of sanitary/changing facilities by the sports field of School Complex No. 2 in Stargard. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) demolition and dismantling works, 2) replacement of the roof covering with an area of 65,025 m² (with thermally bonded roofing felt), 3) replacement of roof ventilators, 4) replacement of the canopy/dome made of multi-chamber polycarbonate connecting the two containers, 5) replacement of floors/floor finishes made of plastic materials (PVC), 6) installation of windows, in accordance with the technical documentation, 7) replacement of external and internal doors, 8) replacement of fans with devices equipped with a motion sensor, 9) replacement/installation of shower cubicles (rearrangement of the premises), 10) construction of a platform made of composite boards serving as a connector between the containers, 11) accompanying works necessary for the proper execution of the works covered by this contract.
