Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports club Włókniarz stadium in Zelów The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports club Włókniarz stadium in Zelów (expansion, alteration and renovation of rooms, replacement of window and door joinery, construction of the necessary electrical and sanitary installations, furnishing). The investment is located on plot no. 72/1, cadastral district 14, city of Zelów. The club building in Zelów performs the function of a building intended for sport and recreation. The Contracting Authority informs that item no. 3 of the bill of quantities, covering the construction of the stands, the walkway and the site fencing, is not included in the Contractor’s scope of valuation and should not be taken into account in the offer price calculation.
