Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the football pitch in the town of Olszewo-Borki The subject of the contract is construction works involving the Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the football pitch in the town of Olszewo-Borki. The scope of the contract includes construction works, sanitary works and electrical works, specified in the bill of quantities. The works must be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of the investment’s objective, i.e. carrying out the renovation of the existing facility and bringing the elements covered by the contract to a condition enabling their proper and safe use. The Contractor is required to perform the works in accordance with the documentation constituting the basis for performance of the contract, the bill of quantities, the rules of technical knowledge, and the applicable regulations. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by the design documentation and Appendix No 8 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
