TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports field in Bełżec The subject of the contract is construction works for the investment project entitled: Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports field in Bełżec, planned to be carried out on plot no. 911/4, ul. Zamojska 14, 22-670 Bełżec, co-financed from the funds of the Physical Culture Development Fund, the coordinator of which is the Minister of Sport and Tourism under the Changing Room for the Medal Programme – Edition 2026, Agreement No. 2026.0918/0201/SubA/DIS/SNM dated 12.08.2026. The modernisation of the above-mentioned facility includes the performance of construction, sanitary and electrical works, including the installation of a photovoltaic system together with an energy storage unit. The building is a single-storey structure made using timber frame technology, with a gable roof with a pitch angle of 19°. The existing roof covering is made of trapezoidal sheet metal.
