Modernisation of changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports hall of SP No. 3 in Międzyrzec Podlaski 1) The subject of the contract includes: “Modernisation of changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports hall of SP No. 3 in Międzyrzec Podlaski”— A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the appendices to the SWZ (Specification of the Contract Terms): a) Bill of quantities — Appendix No. 6 b) Technical Design — Appendix No. 3 c) Technical Specifications — Appendix No. 4 The Contractor is required to perform the contract in accordance with the principles and conditions described in this SWZ and in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
