Renovation of the cloakroom and sanitary facilities at the School Complex in Tuchom. 1. The subject of the contract is the Renovation of the cloakroom and sanitary facilities at the School Complex in Tuchom. The scope of work includes: • modernization of general construction works • modernization of door joinery • modernization of electrical and lighting installations • modernization of water and sewage installations. The detailed scope for the works is described in the design documentation (annex to the SWZ No 4), the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (annex to the SWZ No 5), the bill of quantities (annex to the SWZ No 6), with the proviso that the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described in the above-mentioned design documentation. The Contractor is obliged to set out the main points by an authorized surveyor and is responsible for protecting the set-out measurement points until the final acceptance of the works—if applicable.
