Modernisation of the cloakroom and sanitary facilities at the School-Pre-school Complex in Lewin Kłodzki 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled “Modernisation of the cloakroom and sanitary facilities at the School-Pre-school Complex in Lewin Kłodzki”. The contract is co-financed under the Programme “Cloakroom to a medal” - Edition 2026 of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.1.1. The scope of the contract includes:1) Demolition works: dismantling of the existing door joinery, floors, chipping off plaster and cladding, demolition of partition walls. 2) Construction works: construction of new system walls using HPL boards (waterproof), laying of new floors (anti-slip R10 gres tiles and homogeneous vinyl flooring), execution of new wall cladding using tiles and painting with scrubbing-resistant paints. 3) Joinery: installation of new vandal-resistant internal doors with strips of stainless steel and gates for the sports equipment store. 4) Sanitary installations: comprehensive replacement of the water and sewage (water-kan) installations, installation of new fittings (time-operated and photobeam (photoelectric) taps, WC concealed cistern sets, linear floor…
