Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities in the Complex of General and Technical Schools in Żary — “A Changing Room for the Medal”. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities in the Complex of General and Technical Schools in Żary, at ul. Zielonogórska 23. The building in which the works will be carried out is an operating school facility and is constantly used by students, teaching staff and sports clubs that use the gymnasium. The facilities also serve as a link between the school building and the gym. The aim of the project is to improve the technical condition, functionality and sanitary standard of the sports infrastructure and to ensure safe and comfortable conditions for using the facility by students and teachers. As part of the works, among other things, demolition and construction works will be carried out, new floor layers will be installed, replacement of door joinery together with widening of openings, modernisation of sanitary installations, central heating and electrical installations, execution of new plaster, wall cladding and paint coatings, and installation of suspended ceilings.
