TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the Sports Stadium “Koźle” in Kędzierzyn-Koźle and at the Sports Stadium “Cisowa” in Kędzierzyn-Koźle The contract includes performing works within the following scope:a) Sports Stadium “Cisowa” (ul. Brzechwy 78, 47-230 Kędzierzyn-Koźle): modernisation and partial redevelopment of the functional layout of the changing-room and sanitary facilities of the stadium, including the team changing rooms (hosts and visitors), sanitary rooms, showers, corridors, and adaptation of rooms for the needs of referees. The scope of works includes demolition works, construction and finishing works, and modernisation of sanitary installations together with the purchase of the necessary equipment.b) Sports Stadium “Koźle” (ul. Chrobrego 31, 47-200 Kędzierzyn-Koźle): modernisation of the ancillary changing-area rooms in the stadium building, including rooms on various storeys (basement, 1st and 2nd floors), including sanitary and shower areas and communication corridors.
