Part 1 – Alteration and renovation of the existing changing rooms at the sports hall.1) The subject matter of the contract is the alteration and renovation of the existing changing rooms at the sports hall.2) The scope of works includes:- dismantling of sanitary installations,- construction works,- installation of water supply systems,- installation of sanitary drainage systems,- installation of central heating (C.H.) systems,- installation of ventilation systems,- electrical works,- purchase and installation of equipment (lockers, benches, coat hooks).3) The material scope of the contract works is defined by the bill of quantities, which constitutes Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The attached bill of quantities is for reference only and cannot be the sole basis for preparing a tender.4) The Contractor is required to exercise the utmost care in order to prepare the tender correctly, in particular to provide a reliable calculation of the tender price adequate for carrying out the subject matter of the contract.5) The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor carry out a site visit to the location of the planned construction works in order to familiarise themselves with the…
