TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No. 1: Renovation and modernisation works of the attic in the building of Primary School No. 1 at Lipowa Street 9 in Środa Wlkp. – division of the attic room into changing rooms. The subject of the contract is modernisation works of the changing-room facilities for athletes located on the 4th storey of the Primary School No. 2 building at Lipowa Street 9. In 2018, the first modernisation works were carried out in the room in the area of the hygienic and social node. The scope of modernisation works forming the subject of the contract includes the following works: - preparatory and demolition works, - insulation and impregnation works, - installation works for partition walls, - cladding works for walls and floors, - painting and finishing works, - installation of window and door joinery, - installation works. The contract also includes the supply of 8 pcs of steel modular changing lockers with compartments, used in dressing rooms or sports clubs.
