TENDER DESCRIPTION
Execution of the modernisation of two hot-water boilers WR-10 and one hot-water boiler WR-5 together with a storage facility and a fuel supply and flue gas treatment system, consisting in adapting coal-fired boilers to biomass-fired boilers. The scope of the modernisation will include designing, manufacturing, construction, installation, start-up and commissioning on the basis of “design and build”, and commissioning all necessary installations, boiler equipment and auxiliary installations that will be needed for the Boilers to achieve the Guaranteed Technical Parameters.
