TENDER DESCRIPTION
Execution of the modernisation of two hot-water boilers WR-10 and one hot-water boiler WR-5 together with a fuel storage facility and a fuel feeding and flue-gas treatment system, consisting in converting coal-fired boilers burning hard coal into biomass-fired boilers. The scope of the modernisation will include designing, manufacturing, building, installing, commissioning and start-up on the basis of a “design and build” model, and handing over for operation all necessary installations, boiler equipment and auxiliary installations that will be needed for the Boilers to achieve Guaranteed Technical Parameters.
