TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out comprehensive modernisation of heat sources along with the installation of photovoltaic panels and an energy management system (BMS) in the buildings of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice on the basis of an energy efficiency improvement contract. 2. The Contracting Authority assumes comprehensive implementation of the Project by the selected Contractor, whose task will be: 1) to carry out an ex-ante audit in order to meet the requirements specified in the co-financing agreement, 2) to provide financing necessary to implement the investment part of the Project, 3) to prepare complete design and construction documentation on the basis of the functional and utility programme together with an energy audit including an environmental effect, including obtaining the necessary administrative decisions on behalf of and for the benefit of the Public Entity as well as other arrangements and permits required by applicable law, 4) to carry out all construction and installation works together with technological start-up in the facilities in accordance with the prepared design…
