TENDER DESCRIPTION

The minimum and maximum estimated quantities during the term of the framework agreement, that is, the minimum and maximum quantities that could form the subject of a single subsequent contract, are set out in the specifications. Subsequent execution contracts will be concluded during the period of validity of the framework agreement, within the approved budget of the contracting authority. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: a) Estimated, 1 to 4 subsequent contracts per year, minimum 1 subsequent contract per quarter, depending on needs and the approved budget; the duration of a subsequent contract: between 3 and 12 months. The execution schedule/deadlines for the activities considered critical related to the subsequent contract with the highest value are provided in Section II.2.14 and in Chapter 9.7.1 of the specifications.
