TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a sectoral supply contract for “Modernisation of baggage conveyor system, Departures Terminal”. The description of the products is available in the Specifications (Caiet de sarcini) section of this procurement documentation. The deadline by which clarification requests may be submitted to the procurement documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; clarification requests will be transmitted via S.E.A.P. The contracting entity has established two deadlines within which it will respond to all clarification requests, as follows: the first deadline is the 22nd day before the deadline established for submission of tenders; the second deadline is the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders. The two clarification response deadlines do not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests during the entire period that runs from the time of publication of the Participation Notice until the deadline of 14 days before the tender submission deadline established by the contracting entity.
