TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment objective “Modernisation of command and control protection system of the 220/110 kV Peștiș substation” and it aims to modernise the command, control and protection system by replacing all equipment, including the SCCPA containers and cubicles, as well as to modernise the equipment included in the general own services of 0.4 kV AC and 220 V DC, in accordance with those described in the specifications (terms of reference). Any request for clarifications must be submitted via SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitaţie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the offer submission deadline: 17 The contracting entity will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows: - on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the contract notice, and - on the 11th calendar day before the offer submission deadline. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set above, in accordance with Article 29(3) of H.G. no. 394/2016.
