TENDER DESCRIPTION

The 110/20 kV Basarabi electrical transformation station, managed by the Dobrogea Operational Region/High Voltage Maintenance Dobrogea, Constanța area, was put into operation in 1969, and supplies household and industrial consumers in the Constanța municipality area and several other nearby localities. The transformation station is located outside the city of Murfatlar and has particular importance in making the connection between different stations, being an important node in the distribution network. It supplies 10,419 low voltage customers, 27 medium voltage customers from the areas of Constanța Municipality and other nearby localities, and ensures the distribution to existing high voltage producers on the 110 kV Cobadin Nord line - 27.5 MW, Cobadin – 130 MW, Băltăgești – 50 MW, CET Constanța, CET Midia Năvodari, as well as to a considerable number of renewable energy producers at various stages of connection to the National Energy System (SEN), being the largest electrical transformation station in the Dobrogea region at the SEN interface.
