TENDER DESCRIPTION

The 110/20 kV Basarabi electrical transformer station, which is managed by the Dobrogea Operational Region/High Voltage Maintenance Dobrogea, Constanța area, has an PIF from 1969, and supplies domestic and industrial consumers in the area of the Municipality of Constanța and a few nearby localities. The transformer station is located in the outskirts of the town of Murfatlar, and is of particular importance for establishing the connection between different stations, being an important node in the distribution network. It supplies 10,419 low-voltage customers, 27 medium-voltage customers from the areas of the Municipality of Constanța and other nearby localities, and ensures the distribution of high-voltage producers that are connected through the 110 kV overhead line LEA Cobadin Nord -27.5 MW, Cobadin – 130 MW, Băltăgești – 50 MW, CET Constanța, CET Midia Năvodari, as well as a considerable number of renewable energy producers at different stages of connection to the SEN, being the largest electrical transformer station in the Dobrogea region at the interface with the SEN.
