TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the project management mission for the operation of the North and South city entrances in Montélimar (France - Drôme - 26) whose program is attached to the tender dossier. This project management mission, classified in the functional domain "INFRASTRUCTURE," may include the following standardized elements: - Preliminary Design (AVP), - Project Studies (PRO), - Assistance provided to the contracting authority for the awarding of the Works contract(s) (AMT), - Execution Studies (EXE), - Management of the execution of public works contracts (DET), - Assistance provided to the contracting authority during the acceptance operations (AOR), - Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC). In accordance with the decree of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical modalities for performing project management mission elements entrusted by public contracting authorities to private law service providers.
