TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the project management mission for the operation of the North and South city entrances in Montélimar (France - Drôme - 26) whose program is attached to the tender documents. This project management mission classified in the functional domain "INFRASTRUCTURE" may include the following standardized elements: - Preliminary Design (AVP), - Project Studies (PRO), - Assistance provided to the contracting authority for the award of the work contracts (AMT), - Execution studies (EXE), - Management of the execution of public works contracts (DET), - Assistance provided to the contracting authority during acceptance operations (AOR), - Scheduling, Steering, and Coordination (OPC). As per the decree of March 22, 2019, specifying the technical execution methods of project management mission elements entrusted by public contracting authorities to private law service providers. It may also include the following complementary missions: - Public consultation mission - Operational communication mission - Water law file, - Development permit, - Conducting impact studies.
