TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of audio and video equipment for the auditorium of the Möldre Kooli building (location address Veskirahva pst 21, Alliku küla, Saue vald, Harju maakond), including the right to use the software required for using the items (license), delivery of the items, installation and configuration, and training of users. The aim of the contract is to create a functional audio, video and presentation-technology system for the Möldre Kooli auditorium that takes into account the specific characteristics of the room. The delivery start time is, if possible, after the contract is concluded, and the delivery deadline is no later than 11.01.2027. The contract duration (start and end time) indicated in the procurement notice is an estimated period that includes, in addition to the delivery deadline, also the invoice payment deadline, but the contract is in fact valid until the parties have fulfilled all essential contractual obligations.
