TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the public procurement includes the performance of construction and installation works in accordance with the technical specification, the requirements of the ZUТ and the subordinate regulatory acts for their implementation, including preparation and signing of the applicable acts and protocols during construction — from the opening of the construction site to the acceptance of the structure, in accordance with Regulation No 3 of 31 July 2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction. The site is a section of the municipal road MON 1041 from km 4+830.85 to km 5+793.43 with a length of 962.58 m. The planned construction and installation works include preparatory and earthworks, construction and reinstatement of the road structure and asphalt pavement, drainage, restraint systems, road signs, markings and associated works according to the technical specification. The structure is of III (third) category pursuant to Art. 137, Para. 1, item 3, letter “j” in conjunction with letter “a” of the ZUT.
