TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a payroll calculation system solution to be acquired as a SaaS service, with which the payroll calculation for the wellbeing services county customer relationships of the Monetra Group and the management of the employment relationship lifecycle can be handled from its establishment to its termination. The procurement is described in more detail in the procurement attachment documents. The procurement attachments are presented in a separate attachment document titled “Monetra E19 2026 Payroll Calculation System Procurement for Wellbeing Services Counties Attachment List”. In the names of the attachment documents, the numbering and names of the framework agreement and delivery agreement attachments have been followed to the extent that the attachments returned with the tender will become attachments to the framework agreement or the delivery agreement. For clarity, when submitting the tender, it is not permitted to change the file names or file formats of the completed attachment documents that are included in the request for tenders and attached to the tender.
