TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a payroll calculation system solution to be procured as a SaaS service, with which it is possible to manage payroll calculation for Monetra Group’s welfare area customer accounts and the management of the employment relationship lifecycle from its establishment to its termination. The procurement has been described in more detail in the attached procurement documents. The procurement attachments are presented in a separate attachment document titled "Monetra E29 2026 Payroll calculation system procurement for welfare areas Welfare Areas Attachment list". In the names of the attachment documents, the numbering and names of the framework agreement and delivery agreement attachments have been followed to the extent that the attachments to be returned in the tender will become attachments to the framework agreement or the delivery agreement. For clarity, the file names or file formats of the completed attachments that are included in the request for tenders and are to be attached to the tender are not allowed to be changed when submitting the tender.
