TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a payroll calculation system solution to be procured as a SaaS service, with which payroll calculation for the welfare county customers of the Monetra Group and management of the employment relationship’s lifecycle from its establishment to its termination can be handled. The procurement is described in more detail in the annex documents of the procurement. The procurement annexes are presented in a separate annex document titled "Monetra E29 2026 Payroll calculation system procurement for welfare counties Annex list". In the names of the annex documents, numbering and names of the framework agreement annexes and delivery agreement annexes have been followed to the extent that the annexes returned in the tender will become annexes to the framework agreement or the delivery agreement. For clarity, it is not permitted to change the file names or file formats of the completed annexes that are included in the request for tenders and attached to the tender when submitting the tender.
