TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a payroll calculation system solution to be acquired as a SaaS service, with which it is possible to handle payroll calculation for Monetra Group’s welfare region customer accounts and management of the employment relationship lifecycle from its establishment to termination. The procurement is described in more detail in the procurement annex documents. The procurement annexes are presented in a separate annex document titled "Monetra E29 2026 Procurement of a Payroll Calculation System for Welfare Regions Annex List". In the titles of the annex documents, the numbering and names of the framework agreement annexes and the delivery agreement annexes have been followed to the extent that the annexes returned with the tender will become annexes to the framework agreement or to the delivery agreement. For clarity, the file names or file formats of the completed annexes included in the request for tenders and attached to the tender are not permitted to be changed when submitting the tender.
