Joinery At the Agentur für Arbeit site in 56410 Montabaur, Tonnerrestraße 1, a refurbishment of a total of 16 WC facilities is planned. These are located within the building from the basement to the 4th floor above ground. The subject of this tender are the joinery works. These include the installation of new interior doors and WC cubicle partition walls. In addition, maintenance and restoration of the existing windows is to be carried out and new top-hung window openers are to be installed. The work is to be carried out in two construction phases. First, the first construction phase will be fully refurbished; then the second construction phase will be refurbished. The first construction phase extends from the basement to the 2nd floor above ground, and the second construction phase extends from the ground floor to the 4th floor above ground.
