TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor carries out internal plastering work in various sub-areas of the existing building. The building is, on the client’s side, largely returned to the raw construction state; the existing plaster is thereby removed almost over its entire surface. In individual areas, the existing plaster is expected to remain. The plastering work is carried out mainly on exposed raw walls made of masonry and partly on reinforced concrete surfaces. Due to the existing conditions, irregular substrates and necessary levelling work must be expected. In addition, fire protection linings installed on the client’s side, in particular in the lintel area of openings, are to be plastered over.
