Installation of a photovoltaic system at the wastewater treatment plant in Skępem 1. The subject of the contract is to prepare design and cost-estimating documentation and to carry out construction works under the formula “design and build” as part of the project entitled “Installation of a photovoltaic system at the wastewater treatment plant in Skępem”. 2. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
