TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the installation, commissioning, lease of 10 stations for measuring water level and water parameters in rivers within the City of Krakow along with their operation, data transmission, visualization, and full system maintenance. The contract will include the basic scope of the order indicated below as well as optionally the scopes covered by the option right in whole or in part. The rules for executing the contract covered by the option right are the same as those applicable to the execution of the basic contract. The basic scope of the contract includes: - installation and commissioning of 10 measuring devices for water level and parameters at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority (the station locations are provided in Annex no. 1aa to the Terms of Reference map). If necessary, obtaining all necessary consents and permits for the installation of the devices. - lease and operation of 10 measuring devices including data transmission, visualization, and full system maintenance (in accordance with Annex no. 1a to the Terms of Reference). - provision of service support (according to Annex no. 1a to the Terms of Reference).
