TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is represented by the supply of fuels: MOTOR DIESEL EURO 5 in bulk and STORAGE TANK of minimum capacity 8,000 litres with fuel supply pump, made available by the supplier during the framework agreement period. CPV code: 09134200-9 Diesel fuel (Rev.2), as follows: a. supply and delivery of fuel (diesel) in bulk, for machinery and other equipment, from the vehicle fleet of the MUNICIPAL SERVICE FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES BACĂU b. delivery and installation at the contracting authority’s premises of a mobile diesel distribution station, namely STORAGE TANK of minimum capacity 8,000 litres with fuel supply pump (minimum flow rate 65 l/min), which will be made available to the Municipal Service for Public Utilities Bacău under a loan for use (commodatum) contract during the term of the framework agreement, for 12 months.
